Flower Herb Butter
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients
1/4 cup of mixed (rose, calendula, scented geranium) finely chopped flower
petals.
1 tablespoon lemon balm - finely chopped
1 cup softened butter
2 Tbs. additional butter |

What to do:

Melt the 2 Tbs. of butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add the lemon balm & allow to cook just until aromatic.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Add the flower pedals and the herb mixture to the remainder of the butter
and blend thoroughly.

Spoon mixture into a container and chill.
