Chive Herb Butter
Makes 1 cup
1 Tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1 cup softened butter
2 Tbs. additional butter

What to do:
-
Melt the 2 Tbs. of butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add the herbs & allow to cook just until aromatic.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.
-
Add the herb mixture to the remainder of the butter and blend thoroughly.
-
Spoon mixture into a container and chill.
